Finally we get to visit the real thing after reviewing this during the launch. And I must say that the market acceptance has exceeded my expectations by a lot. I still remember back then during launch, we were barely recovering from the lockdown economy but now this township is seriously prospering. 

The concerns I had were mainly the micro location elements. The site that is sandwiched between the main access from Federal Highway into Subang, the KTM track, the one way direction and congestion caused by the adjacent mall, but apparently the connectivity and convenience of the location surpasses all of that leading to a great price appreciation with rental returns. 

I am impressed with the sunken facilities deck. It's rich in architectural expressions which instantly allow users to forget about the busy surroundings. The approach was simple yet elegant. Another design feature will be the integration of the steep land profile into the architecture. The carpark strategy was well adapted to that.

Within the unit, the noise was pretty much suppressed and isolated. But within the common corridors, the echo from the surrounding noise is very obvious.
