South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol is in the United Kingdom for a three-day visit, where he is set to elevate bilateral relations to a "global strategic partnership".  Both countries will be adopting the 'Downing Street Accord' that will deepen cooperation in major fields, including cybersecurity and defence.
