陆路交通局因为线下服务柜台等候时间太长而遭人诟病。为了改善和提升陆交局柜台服务的效率和品质，以缩短民众的等候时间，陆交局宣布，从下周一开始逐步落实4项举措，包括将车辆执照和驾照的申请表格电子化。
