Majlis pembukaan disempurnakan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Hannah Yeoh yang turut disertai Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur, Datuk Seri Fadlun Mak Ujud. Bangunan PPBL kini diubah menjadi destinasi kulinari berteraskan warisan yang meraikan kepelbagaian makanan tempatan. Sebanyak lapan kedai terdapat dalam bangunan berkenaan yang masing-masing mengangkat jenama tempatan iaitu Niko Neko, A Piece of Malaysia (APOM), Oriental Kopi, Tannin Hill, Banglo 289, Saudagar, Ruai dan Kongsi Kreatif bagi menawarkan pengalaman menggabungkan makanan, budaya dan komuniti dalam suasana lebih terbuka. Bangunan PPBL sebelum ini direka pada 1902 oleh arkitek British, Arthur Benison Hubback dan mula beroperasi pada Julai 1907 serta pernah menjadi pusat operasi utama perkhidmatan pos negara sebelum fungsi utamanya dipindahkan ke Kompleks Dayabumi sekitar pertengahan 1980-an. No final decision to launch the strikes had been made as of Friday afternoon, local time. If the US were to launch fresh strikes, it would threaten the fragile ceasefire between Washington and Tehran. Peace talks seem to be getting nowhere as the war drags on for nearly three months.
