Notis berkenaan dihantar pegawai SPRM pada 14 November 2023, kerana tidak mengisytiharkan harta iaitu pegangan saham dalam lima syarikat. Lima syarikat terbabit adalah Amiraz Sdn Bhd, Arida Farms Sdn Bhd, Kangkung Catering Sdn Bhd, Transgrade Sdn Bhd dan Gajah3 Foods Sdn Bhd. Kesalahan didakwa dilakukan di Ibu Pejabat SPRM, Putrajaya pada 13 Disember 2023.
