Nik Ahmad Nik Soh, 59, dari Kampung Lubok Gong Hilir menyifatkan kemarau kali ini adalah paling teruk dan panjang. Katanya, semua penduduk di sini bergantung dengan air perigi kerana paip Air Kelantan Sdn Bhd (AKSB) tidak sampai. Namun disebabkan kemarau berpanjangan sejak beberapa bulan lalu, kebanyakan air perigi kini sudah kering.
