Lelaki itu didakwa dengan sengaja menyebabkan kematian A Doraisingam, 61, dan isterinya, A Menagah, 56, di Jalan Ampang dari arah KLCC ke Ampang Point pada jam 5.30 pagi, 2 Mei lalu. Pertuduhan dikemukakan mengikut Seksyen 302 Kanun Keseksaan yang membawa hukuman mati atau penjara maksimum 40 tahun dan jika tidak dihukum mati, hendaklah disebat tidak kurang 12 kali, jika sabit kesalahan.
