PH removes election campaign materials in Tioman, giving BN upper hand in winning

ROMPIN: As a sign of unity, Pakatan Harapan (PH) has taken down its Tioman seat election campaign materials, paving the way for Barisan Nasional (BN) to boost its winning chances in the Dec 7 polls.
BN candidate for the state seat, Datuk Seri Mohd Johari Hussain, said over the weekend PH had removed its campaign posters, banners and flags in a display of support to him, in line with the coalition's decision on Nov 29 to give way to BN.
"PH has brought down its election campaign materials in Tioman to provide full backing to BN's candidate to win the election. I am grateful to PH candidate Mohd Fadzli (Mohd Ramly) over his willingness to give way and participate in joint campaigns.
