Saifuddin Nasution: We have confidence in Anwar's experience to shoulder finance minister's duties

PADANG SERAI: The unity government has confidence in Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's experience to shoulder the responsibilities of the finance minister.

Pakatan Harapan secretary-general Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail acknowledged that there were pros and cons in the matter but stressed that all the candidates for the cabinet lineup had received the consent of the Yang di-Pertuan Agong Al-Sultan Abdullah Ri'ayatuddin Al-Mustafa Billah Shah.

"All the names that were proposed were presented (to the King) in accordance with the process and certainly all matters had been taken into consideration.
