GE15: Baru Bian wants GPS to drop plans to work with PN
17 days ago
KUALA LUMPUR: Former PKR leader Baru Bian has called on Gabungan Parti Sarawak to drop its plans to form a government with Perikatan Nasional.
Baru, who is now Parti Sarawak Bersatu secretary-general, said PN chairman Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin's recent remark which allegedly made to stoke Muslim anger against Christians did not sit well with Sarawakians.
In a statement posted on Facebook, Baru urged Sarawak Premier Tan Sri Abang Johari Tun Openg, who is also GPS chairman to preserve the state's harmony.
