Local man nabbed in possession smuggled cigarettes, alcoholic drinks

BACHOK: Police seized more than RM700,000 worth of smuggled cigarettes and alcoholic drinks in an operation here early today. Kelantan acting police chief Datuk Muhamad Zaki Harun said a man was detained in the operation codenamed Op Landai in Kampung Balai about 1.30am. He said a marine police team led by Assistant Superintendent Nik Ali Nik Mat went to the village following public tip-offs.
