Monday fixed for Najib’s bid to adduce new evidence in SRC case

Najib Razak says the judge who convicted him in the SRC International case should have recused himself due to a conflict of interest.
PETALING JAYA: The Federal Court has fixed Monday for case management in Najib Razak’s application to adduce additional evidence in his SRC International Sdn Bhd case in a bid to nullify the trial in which he was convicted and sentenced to 12 years’ jail and fined RM210 million.
The case management date was confirmed by deputy public prosecutor Ashrof Adrin Kamarul, Bernama reported.
