4 arrested over death of Perlop Puspen resident

IPOH: Police have arrested four individuals comprising Narcotic Addiction Rehabilitation Centre (Puspen) staff and an intern, following the death of its resident on Jan 31.
Perak police chief Datuk Seri Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri said that police received a report over the death of a 50-year-old resident at the Perlop Puspen in Sungai Siput on Jan 31 at 12.55pm.
Mohd Yusri said that initial investigation found that there were injuries on the deceased's body.
"The body was taken to the Sungai Siput Hospital before being transferred to the Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital here for post-mortem.
