PUTRAJAYA: Jumlah keseluruhan kutipan zakat di ketiga-tiga Wilayah Persekutuan sepanjang tahun lalu berjaya mencecah hampir RM1 bilion berbanding 2021 lalu. SHAH ALAM - The My #QuranTime 2.0 (MQT 2.0) programme organised by Yayasan Warisan Ummah Ikhlas (WUIF) will be broadcasted from noon to 1pm, today.
WUIF chief executive officer Marhaini Yusoff said after going through the process of studying the Quran for three months since Oct 8, the programme that created a phenomenon is now ready to go on air for a total of 2,111 episodes.
"We have conducted a study referring to 19 books on tafsir and hadith, so it is time we launch the programme for the latest season.

MQT 2.0 starts airing today

SHAH ALAM - The My #QuranTime 2.0 (MQT2.0) programme has presented a new approach in its content to help viewers study the Quran more deeply.
Qari (Quran reciter) Tarmizi Abdul Rahman said unlike the first season, this time, the programme would involve face-to-face interaction through a special tajwid (rules on Quranic pronounciation) segment with participants who are physically present.
"Previously we only interacted with Sahabah Al-Quran on Facebook and we only interacted online. But this time, our emphasis in tajwid is deeper in a special segment," he told Sinar Harian on Sunday.

MQT2.0 introduces new approach

SHAH ALAM - The latest season of the Quran comprehension programme MY #QuranTime 2.0 (MQT 2.0) will return to air an hour daily starting on Dec 14, on all Sinar Harian and My #QuranTime official digital platforms.
Warisan Ummah Ikhlas Foundation (WUIF) founder Datuk Hussamuddin Yaacub said the programme, which would focus on three main elements namely 'Quran, Prayer and Infak' would be aired for 2,111 episodes.
He said the MQT programme would retain its preacher Fazrul Ismail as the reciter and Ahmad Tirmizi Ali as well as Ahmad Tarmizi Abdul Rahman as Qari while the invited review and qari would fill the review slots.
